The Ab Wheel is a classic piece of fitness equipment used to isolate the abs for a core workout. You can perform the roll out movement on your knees or while standing. Place the Ab Wheel in front of you and securely grip it with both hands. Brace your core and slowly roll out with your arms in front of your body; try to get your back as close to parallel with the floor as possible. Slowly return the Ab Wheel to the starting position and then repeat.
